Sanspointe Dance Company took famous ballets, or sections of ballets, and deconstructed them (based on philosophical and scientific methods). The show was an evening length event with a stationary stage design and original music by Iron Giant Percussion. Choreography by Sara Wallace, Alisa McCool, Stella Nystrom, Rhea Speights and Anna Foshee

Trip the Light

Sanspointe Dance Company presents Trip the Light, a dance concert featuring live choreography by Taryn Brown, Chelsea Henderson, Sara Turney, Lynda White and Eric Yow.
The show will also include a collaborative dance for the camera by Brown and Downtown Dance Conservatory’s Linze McRae.
SDC’s music director, Justin Wallace, will premier two compositions.
The performance is centered loosely around a theme of the absence and presence of technology in a theatrical setting.
All seating is $15 for general admission.
